Returns Policy

Return Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Security Bolt Holder purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at admin@securityboltholder.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the confirmation email

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@securityboltholder.com.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your Security Bolt Holder for a different color, please email us at admin@securityboltholder.com and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@securityboltholder.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
